When you're using Microsoft's Internet Explorer not all of the HTML commands are being processed correctly, e.g. horizontal & vertical spaces between text & graphics and the border colors.
To maximize the viewport size when you're using Netscape, you have to disable the menu entry "Show Directory Buttons" in the "Options" menu; in the IE you must hide the toolbar "Links" using drag & drop.
Besides, try hiding the Windows95 task-toolbar!
The background music sounds best on a sound card with wavetable synthesis onboard, e.g. Soundblaster AWE32.
